All of our tours are currently exclusively private.  That means, your party only.  We do not mix strangers together on tours.  We want you to have your guides full access.

Our itineraries are designed to show you the best of each area you select to tour, but you always have the option to make modificaitons (within reason) to your stops.  If there is something you want to do, just ask your guide if it's possible to add it in.

While we don't provide premade lunches, our guides provide an assortment of snacks, water, and drinks.  You will also have the option to stop and purchase a hot meal at one of the many grills, restaurants or general stores in the park.

Our tours do require a limited amount of walking, but most stops are accessible by most guests.  If you have a limitation, just call us and we will make recommendations and provide details of each tour before you book.

You have a very high chance of seeing wildlife on our tours.  We will not, however, guarantee specific animal sightings.  These are wild animals and their behavior is not always predictable.

The weather in Yellowstone or the Tetons can be very unpredictable. It is not uncommon to get snow fall in June or July.  Out guides do watch the weather and if the forecast is for conditions that are deemed dangerous then guest will get the option to cancel or reschedule. We highly recommend that you do not book your tour on the last day you have available. Always allow for a day in case something does require a reschedule.

If your guide call and recommends that you cancel or reschedule because of the weather, then yes, you will receive a refund if you cancel.  If you, however, decide you just don't like the forecast, and cancel on your own, then no refund will be issued.  If you have concerns about the forecast, call us and see if we can reschedule you to a different day.

We recommend comfortable layers.  The temperatures fluctuate during the day and can have a wide range in the spring and fall.
